So yesterday was yoga and I was bored but today I am so sore! My abs, butt and legs hurt! Love it. Will be trying another class soon. And after the amount of popcorn I had at the movies tonight, I may be hitting up yoga and pilates tomorrow!
I felt the same way about yoga!!!! I did it and walked away thinking I had done it wrong and I didn't like it at all, the next day, my sore muscles told me I did just fine and it was quite a workout! Fun stuff!!

ReplyDeletei love yoga. it is restful yet challenging at the same time. pilates is even tougher (for me) but - i like the yolates type classes too.
